After setting a goal weight and a time period in which I'd like to reach that weight, the App provides the amount of calories I should be eating per day. It also allows me to log my meals. (Built into the App is a search that makes it easy to see how many calories are in your meal if you're not sure!) The App also makes it super easy to log workouts. Simply search for the type of workout and the duration at which you performed it, and it'll tell you how many calories you've burned! You should definitely check it out in the App Store if you need help keeping track of how many calories you've taken in and how many you've burned throughout the day!
2. MapMyRun: I love to run, and this App makes it so much easier for me to track my mileage. It generates routes in my area, my average pace and the distance I've run, all while allowing me to play music while the App is on! Plus, it tells me how many calories I've burned during the run. The best part? It's FREE!
