- Detoxifies the body and colon
- Reduces inflammation
Amongst all of these benefits, I also notice that my skin improves on aloe water (less breakouts and redness.) I attribute this to the beverage's natural anti-inflammatory properties (since acne is a form of inflammation.)
My favorite of all -- because it literally tastes like water -- is this aloe water at the cheapest price you can possibly find it.
