1. Create a Vision Board: Vision boards are great ways to remind yourself about what you're working for. Take a piece of paper & cut out photos of healthy foods, workouts, people that are fit, cute bathing suits-- anything that will inspire you to stay motivated. You can find inspirational photos on Tumblr or Instagram by searching hashtags such as "#fitness," "#fitspo," or"#health."
2. Make an Instagram Account: I was on Instagram yesterday & came across such an inspirational account. A 19 year old girl is tracking her daily food intake with photos, weekly weigh-ins & before & after photos. In her bio, she states her starting date, starting weight, current weight, goal weight, & the amount of weight she has lost. The amount of dedication she has is amazing; she's been tracking her weight loss progress almost everyday for about a year! (Check out her account below!) If you have the time, creating an Instagram account with your daily progress could be great way to keep you on track.

3. Pack Your Lunches Ahead of Time!: It takes time to prepare healthy meals everyday, so making enough food for a week in pre-packed tupperware containers, is great to stay on your diet. Having healthy food available at all times at home is necessary so you don't splurge for that chocolate cereal on top of the fridge when your feeling like a snack.
