I am Powerful
This chant allows you to recognize your control in situations. This includes your power to choose positivity. In addition to mornings, this is a great chant to use before meetings, a race, etc.
'I love' allows you to approach things in your life with compassion and acceptance. As you repeat this mantra, you'll realize that things you care about pop into your mind. This is a great exercise for someone that feels stuck or is having trouble seeing the joy in their current situation.
I am Grateful
This one is so important! One of the biggest problems we encounter as human beings is our constant search for more. Often, we don't find happiness in what we already have. Grateful people are happier people.
I am Enough
How frequently do we actually practice this? Likely, not very often. Acknowledging that you're enough is an extremely important part of existence. In this moment, don't try to change, manipulate or improve yourself. Just accept all that you are.
I am Fearless
We love this one. Fear has the power to affect our health. It can create negative thoughts, anxiety and even depression. It can deter us from trying new things, or experiencing true joy in life. Embrace fear, and then tackle it.
